Concerns/Suggestions

Any suggestions or concerns made by any Online, Full or KIN member of AUK will be brought up amongst the KIN for discussion, so a conclusion can be reached as soon as possible. All parties involved will be consulted in this process.

Decisions

Decisions on suggestions/concerns, and any ad-hoc requirements will be made by majority vote within The KIN. KIN members will vote with the Chair abstaining, in the event of a tied vote the KIN may then request the Chair to cast a deciding vote. The Chair can also choose to abstain altogether, forcing a stall.

New KIN members

If a new KIN member is required, The KIN will assess if any members have contributed to events or have regularly attended moots, it is important that they have met existing KIN members off-line and face-to-face. If no suggestions form the KIN are forthcoming then the full Member base will be asked if anyone would like to take on the role, and all applications will be considered.

The KIN will narrow down candidates from this and offer the role to them. If more than one is suitable for the position, the Full Membership will be asked to vote.
